How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 5–7 business days (weekends not included) from the time your order is placed. All items are shipped from Michigan.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — I accept returns within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once your order leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. I am not responsible for shipping issues, but please reach out if something happens so we can work together on a solution.
Will the colors look the same as on my screen?
I do my best to make colors as accurate as possible, but please note that colors may vary from screen to screen. If you notice a color issue with your item, email me — I want you to love your order.
What makes your shop unique?
I’m a woman, mom, and handmade business owner. Every order means the world to me (I’m honestly doing a happy dance when I see your support!). Thank you for helping my small shop grow.
Do you make quilts, dolls and sewn items by hand?
Yes! All items are handmade with love and care.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Sticker Shipping Information:
To keep shipping costs low, all sticker-only orders are shipped in an envelope with stamp (no tracking).
While most orders arrive within 3-5 business days, stickers occasionally take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
If you need your sticker by a certain date, I encourage you to send me a message before you purchase so that I can upgrade your shipping cost.
Replacements for missing stickers cannot be sent until the 2-week mark has passed. By purchasing your sticker, you agree to these terms. Thank you!
